Description
Olive oil made of the Istrian white is specific. With a typical smell of mowed grass, it belongs to oils with the highest content of beneficial natural antioxidants (polyphenols).
Rich fruityness, harmonious bitterness and spicyness grant the oil a special place and recognition in the world.
It goes well with pasta, rice, red meat, grilled dishes, beef carp, minestrone, vegetable soup and salads.
